Meet Lulu

Meet Lulu,
She is our newest edition to the Jennison Studios fabrication family.
Although, she is pretty awesome, just wait till you meet her good friend. He should be coming soon from our Colorado Studio.

The first step is to get Lulu ready for the molding process.

The next action is to apply our unique silicone mold process to capture every last detail that Lulu can put forth.

Flip her over and complete the latter side as well.

This is the fiberglass shell to help Lulu keep her form (shape) of the silicone of the animal. Often called the Mother Mold as it cradles the silicone and gives Lulu her beauty.

Her legs. You have to admit she has fine legs. All of the details of Lulu’s legs and bold come forth in her creation.

The Reveal

The next step is to put the gelcoat in the mold to capture all of the details. This is the first step in the casting process.

Then more layers of fiberglass on the top gel coat.

Finally the big reveal. All that is left is to put the pieces together and watch Lulu come alive.

Giving her eyes.

The most difficult challenge with Lulu was to make sure she kept her balance throughout all of the steps. From the clay, to the fiberglass to ensure that not only are her legs in a natural position, with her feet close together, and also that she maintains her balance. Lulu need to be able to stand up.

The painting process, giving Lulu some color.

Now she stands on her own, no bolts, or any kind of support.

Hello Lulu, welcome to our fabrication family.

Have you seen our newest member?

Another fine fabrication from Jennison Studios.

Fine Art
Who We Are

We are a team of artists with extensive experience in many mediums and art forms. From sculpture to painting and everything in between, there is nothing we can’t create. We work with steel, concrete, fiberglass, epoxy, and other materials to best suit the situation. This allows us to build indoor AND outdoor artificial rock, countertops, sculpted/stamped concrete overlays, even aquatic design elements for pools and aquariums!

What We Do

We have built exhibits and large sculptures for zoos, aquariums, museums, and botanic gardens, but our goal is to focus on small to medium-sized projects. We specialize in sculpting concrete and plaster to create beautiful design features for your home, garden, or commercial areas. Outdoor kitchens, concrete overlays/concrete resurfacing, artificial rock, and more! We are happy to collaborate on specific aspects of large projects.

Our Mission

Our mission is to design and create things that add value, character, and longevity to your house or business.  We want to help bring your vision to life, from small-scale backyards/kitchens to small-medium scale zoo and aquarium exhibits.
